We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of any of our applications after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1: KERBLET PARKING MOBILE APPLICATION & KERBLET.COM

This section applies to users of the Kerblet Parking app and website. Users include:

  - Parking User who requests and avails parking facilities  listed on our app.
  - Parking Owner who provides and lists parking facilities  on our app.
  - Parking Attendant who manages a parking facility on behalf of a Parking Owner.
  - Website Visitor visiting Kerblet.com.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Personal Data
Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, location, city, state, mobile 
number and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related 
to the Application, such as chat, posting messages in comment sections or in our forums, liking posts, sending feedback, 
and responding to surveys.

Derivative Data
Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral 
to the Application, including reserving parking, accessing location, or replying to a chat from other app users.

Financial Data
Financial information, such as data related to your payment mode (e.g. Cash, Pre-Pay or Onsite Cash Pay). We store only 
very limited financial information. All financial information is stored by our payment processor PayTM, and you are 
encouraged to review their privacy policy directly.

Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device to provide location-based services. You may change our access in your device settings.

Mobile Device Access
We may request access to certain features from your mobile device, including camera, SMS messages, storage and other 
features. You may change our access in your device settings.Push Notifications We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. You may turn these off in your device settings.

Parking Attendant Data
If you appoint or become an attendant, the attendant can see the Parking Owner's current, future and past reservations. 
The Owner can see the Attendant's profile picture, name and mobile number.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may use information collected about you to:

  - Create and manage your account.
  - Fulfill and manage purchases, orders, payments and   other transactions.
  - Enable user-to-user communications.
  - Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your  experience.
  - Prevent fraudulent transactions and protect against  criminal activity.
  - Process payments and refunds.
  - Notify you of updates to the Application.
  - Respond to product and customer service requests.
  - Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.
  - Compile anonymous statistical data for internal analysis.

 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may share your information in the following situations:

  - By Law or to Protect Rights: If required by legal 
    process or to protect rights, property, and safety.
  - Third-Party Service Providers: Who perform services 
    on our behalf, including payment processing, email 
    delivery, and hosting.

  - Sale or Bankruptcy: To a successor entity in the event

SECTION 2: WEDDING OS MOBILE APPLICATION

This section applies to guests and hosts using the Wedding OS mobile app on iOS and Android.

Who uses this app?
Wedding guests and hosts who have been invited to a wedding managed on the Kerblet Wedding OS Platform. Access requires a personal invite code sent by the wedding planner or host.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

  - Name: Used to identify you within your wedding experience.
  - Phone Number: Used to send a one-time verification code 
    (OTP) for secure login.
  - User ID: A unique identifier assigned to your account 
    to link you to your wedding.
  - Photos and Videos: Images you choose to upload to the 
    Moments section of your wedding.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

  - To authenticate your identity via OTP login.
  - To display your name and profile within the wedding app.
  - To share photos and moments with other wedding guests.
  - To deliver real-time updates and announcements from 
    your host.
  - To enable song requests and messages to the couple.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

  - We do not sell your data to third parties.
  - We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
  - We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  - We do not collect your location.

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore 
and Firebase Storage) on Google Cloud infrastructure. Your 
data is retained for the duration of your wedding event and 
may be deleted upon request.

SECTION 3: WEDDING OS ADMIN MODULE
------------------------------------------------------------

This section applies to wedding planners and hosts who use the Kerblet Wedding OS Admin Module to manage weddings.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

  - Account credentials (email and password) for login.
  - Guest information including names, phone numbers, and 
    event attendance records.
  - Communication logs for WhatsApp and email messages 
    sent through the platform.
  - Cost sheets, vendor details, quotations and lead 
    information managed within the platform.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

  - To operate and deliver the wedding management platform.
  - To send WhatsApp and email communications to guests 
    on behalf of the wedding planner.
  - To generate reports and manage wedding operations.

DATA STORAGE

All admin data is stored securely using Google Firebase on 
Google Cloud infrastructure.

SECTION 4: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (ALL PLATFORMS)

We use the following third-party services across our platforms:

  - Google Firebase (data storage and authentication)
  - PayTM (payment processing for Kerblet Parking)
  - RouteMobile (WhatsApp messaging for Wedding OS)
  - Email delivery providers (transactional email)
  - Google Analytics (usage analytics)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We 
recommend reviewing them for full details.

SECTION 8: CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a 
standard is adopted that we must follow, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10: REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

------------------------------------------------------------

To request deletion of your Wedding OS account and all  associated data, email us at contact@kerblet.com with 
the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your  registered phone number. We will delete your account within 7 business days. Data deleted includes: name, phone number, user ID, photos uploaded to the wedding gallery.
